I admit I used when I first started posting here again after a few years I
got annoyed, his views appeard rather extreme BUT as I mentioned I
understand that "he" is everyone in the office and whatever "he" really
believes he just posts to be rude and annoy (but complains to the
authorities when anyone else is as rude)
I'd advise anyone to do what I do - keep copies of his more rude and nasty
postings against you so that when he makes an official complaint - and it
will happen! - you immediately have the proof needed to defend your corner
