Sorry Jim... he's not you... He is a carbon copy of me in these
regards. I used to cook a lot, now I try to stay away from the stove
since I seem to have a habit of turning it on, using it, then walking
away. I finish the meal, but have been known to find the stove on hours
later. Or a family member will find it on.

Had family over recently for a BBQ. Almost used up the propane tank,
after I got done cooking and we ate, we went in the house and talked for
a while. When I went out back to make sure we had all the dishes in the
house, I found the BBQ still on. Gads, can't even remember to turn THAT
off.
