Hello
This waiting as been a terribly long wait for me almost to the 2nd
hearing once again,. Geee you would think those people in court would
get tired of looking at me as I stumble in court once again. LOL I dont
think I have asked this question before but was thinking about the ALJ.
how many times can ALJ send you to there doctors?
My hearing is soon coming up and I dont know if the ALJ will send me
back to one of there doctors or not but been thinking that the ALJ may
do that .. Thanks for any help once again I do thank you all the ones
that have been so helpful to me and especially to "Jack"

=A0=A0yes, Jack is a gem.
i'd say that, the closer you get to an ALJ hearing the less likely to
have a "Court appointed evaluation".
eg: the closre to the ALJ hearing the less likely for a appointmet to
pop
up.
=A0=A0Remeber these critters like to have all of the ts crossed and all
i's dotted before they will spend time focusing on the matter.
