Barb, might it not be easier for the OP to get on the phone and explain his
predicament ASAP? I found them willing to work with me when I needed appt
changes for 1. a car problem, and 2. weather I really, really didn't want to
drive in. I called the docs first, one a "veins" specialist and the other a
bone man, then when they are agreeable, called my rep in Va I think it was,
at his toll free, and all went smoothly.

Just a thought. There's 9 days left as of now, so ... maybe?
