I'm probably wrong, but I was going under the theory that if the propoal --
which I did see listed on the federal registry---did not make it to the
final rules and regulations, that the proposal didn't pass.
I was looking at: /fr/ . But
like I said, I'm probably wrong. I'm not adept at the search. It's too bad
they don't have the separate web page you mention. This is simply a thought,
but do you know if SSA has updated other 4/1/07 items? That might be a clue
as to whether they should have updated this specific one, wouldn't it?
