Where applicable only SSI and related benefits are affected by the
limits. Many states have adopted the $ personal asset limits
but many others have different limit amounts. Each state sets their
own exemption standards also with many exempting the value of
"personal" items, cars etc. As an example some states do not give the
car exemption for late model cars others allow each member of a
household to have their own car and some allow only one car per
household. None of this is applicable for SSDI unless the SSDI
recipient also needs state programs such as food stamps or medicaid.

Mike ( drfeelgoodwa ) should be home tomorrow or wednesday.

I wish I could say it's been nice participating here but the few
disruptors in here saw to it that was not the case. I'll be going back
to just lurking once Mike is up to the task of helping those he can
here and giving the hard nosed fools enough rope to hang themselves
with.
