No - you misunderstand - let me explain.

Cynic is being by attacked an acknowledged loony with no good reason
for the abuse.

You on the other hand are vilified by many different people. These
are people who post in these groups under another name on a regular
basis - it is not just one person using different personas.

This is happening because you have unreasonably attacked, and said
despicable things about many posters over recent years. They are not
going to let you forget until you have apologised. If you need
reminding what it is you have said about others and why it was so
offensive just say so.

Just think about all those well established posters in these groups
about whom you have posted outrageous comments/personal details in the
past. Any amount of sycophantic arse creeping is not going to change
things. As an example - just look in your outbox and see what you
have said about Cynic in the past. I am not suggesting that Cynic is
someone who despises you and who instantly becomes the "one" Turtill
hater/bater you believe exists - but I certainly could not blame him
if he kept giving the knife a little twist (and I am not suggesting he
does).
