In this particular circumstance I was arrested and held in the cells
for 6 hours where I caught up with some sleep. The cops then said I
could go if I would accept a caution but I refused a caution and so I
was released on bail while the CPS decide what to charge me with. I
have been back to the cop shop twice now to be charged which is what I
want to happen but each time my bail has been extended and still I
have not been charged with anything.
