I would presume you got at least $3, in benefits last year. File
using form 1040A. There are specific instructions on the IRS web site
and you can download a 1040a from their forms area that can be filled
in and printed. Write Stimulus Payment across the top of your 1040a
after you print it out.

Download both the form 1040a and the instructions for 1040a from the
forms page here:

Scroll down to 2007 1040A and click to select 2007 Form 1040-A .
Individual Income tax Return then hold down your shift key and select
2007 Form 1040-A Instructions.

Click review forms then click on each form and select download.

These are in PDF format but are specially encoded so you can fill it
out on your computer before printing it.
