I hate to burst your bubble of stupidity but SSI is state controlled
in most states and the state can reimburse itself for it's share of
the SSI from a working parent's CS payments. It's just that SSI is
federally distributed under the SS disability program. Being needs
based when there are high enough earnings it reduces or eliminates SSI
payments. There are several states that don't administer SSI and in
those states SSI is a function of the Social Security Administration
offices and the state has nothing to do with SSI so can not adjust SSI
because of CS or any other reason.
Your ex would need to be one abusive asshole and considered dangerous
for the kids for you get sole custody as you claim. Yet you complain
he doesn't pick them up for weekends so you don't need to get a baby
sitter so you can go out and party. You start out at 1 girl and 2
boys, then toss in a 3rd. boy that the state doesn't even consider
ordering support for. Sorry but your ever changing stories just don't
wash.
