Not very surprised :) I didn't think we were that far apart - I
certainly agree both that people should be considerate about when they
use disable bays and that life should be made very tough for people
who abuse blue badges. I'm just keen that badge holders don't have
their lives made even more difficult by more and more complex regulations.
