Show this to your atty.

A new initial application will take 100 days to process. To get your
case before the Appeals Council might take a year.

If your work credits ran out before the ALJ's decision, the new
application won't do you any good. You'll have to continue to the
Appeals Council or else your case will be dismissed as res adjudicata.

If your work credits ran out after the ALJ's decision, it's OK to
file a new application but make sure that your alleged onset in your
new application is not after the work credits ran out.

If your work credits are still running, no problem.
