I talk to my lawyer again today he says I still need to file a new appl
on this new medical illness and hesays he agrees with me and how I feel
thats s not a new medical illness after I told him again how I felt
about this.. so this new illness he says that I have is not a new
illness even tho my back problems go back as far as 1998 he says that
SSD does not look at old medical records for grounds of approvals. He's
wrong.
and my lawyer still suggestes that I file a new medical application with
SSD and told me to call SSD today and get a new appl going.. also I
brought up my appeals 60 day time line since that will be up in a few
weeks from now and he says that is taking care of that now.. and for me
to not worry.
any one got any input on what my lawyer is now saying to me.? "Gi
OK, if you're going to file a new application, you need to make sure
that your alleged onset date is before the date your work credits run
out.
Your alleged onset date is the date that you believe that your condition
first became so severe that it prevented you from working. If you don't
know when your work credits run out, ask the lawyer.
