Seems to me you have a =history= of degenerative back probs that IMO
=definitely= makes this a continuation of the same old thing.....

and the docs say I have disc problems again but with a
extra dural mass involved.. BUT I had disc problems over a period 10 yrs
time to.& so im confused.. but telling what is true about my dates and
and how far this goes back.

I would file the appeal myself and send off any new information to SSA.
I would then look into another attorney and release the one you have.
In her mental state, she shouldn't do anything
herself except fire the clown who is working for her now.
The only troubling thing is that the lawyer has
seen her paperwork and only gets paid if she wins; so what is his
motivation for starting over??????? Makes no sense to me.....
