What if she refuses and foolishly thinks she can steal from him?

Sadly , many folks on SS have few friends; I know more about you, Jack,
as I know about 95% of the people in my life.....

Just got off the phone with SSA about my whole situation; a divorce
could screw the guy if he is foolishly trusting her, or incapable of
realizing the consequences of his actions in keeping her on. Been doing a
LOT of reading from publication 05-10076 just now (Guide for Representative
Payees)....
